The Mid-Autumn Moon Festival, which follows the lunar calendar, is held when the moon is at its biggest and brightest. It is a time for family and friends to gather and wish each other good luck and fortune. North Texans can get a glimpse of the Journey of Good Fortune Mid-Autumn Moon Festival at Grandscape in The Colony.  A special tunnel of lights will shine bright on the guests of Grandscape Friday, September 22 – Friday, September 29 from 5:00-10:00pm. Guests walking through the Moon Festival Light display will have an opportunity to enter to win a sweepstakes to win a one-night stay at the resort, dinner at 1832 Steakhouse and free play.
