Iowa State is back in the Big 12 tournament semifinals for the first time since winning the tournament in 2024. The Cyclones blew out Arizona State in the second round before upsetting higher-seeded Texas Tech 75-53 in the quarterfinals. Arizona advanced to the semifinals for the second consecutive tournament with an 81-59 victory over Central Florida. The Wildcats defeated Iowa State 73-57 in conference play on March 2.
