Award-winning acoustic duo Ryanhood, named ‘Best Group/Duo’ in the International Acoustic Music Awards, began their journey over a decade ago as street performers at Boston’s Quincy Market. Discovered by a college booking agent, they quickly became a favorite in the college touring scene, earning the title of “one of the most requested acts by college buyers across the country” from Campus Activities Magazine. Since then, they’ve performed over a thousand shows in 46 U.S. states, sharing stages with renowned artists like Jason Mraz, Matt Nathanson, and Train. Based in Tucson, Arizona, Ryanhood has won over a dozen Tucson Music Awards, including “Best Folk Band” and “Best Rock Band.”
Their latest album, Under the Leaves, produced by Ryan David Green, features lush strings and harmonies. The album’s lyrics, penned by Cameron Hood, explore themes of nature and self-transformation, urging listeners to embrace personal change.
