More than 7 million Americans are living with Alzheimer’s disease ā€“ a leading cause of death in the United States. Additionally, nearly 12 million family members and friends provide care to people living with Alzheimerā€™s and other dementias. In Texas, there are more than 459,000 people living with the disease and 1 million caregivers. Join the fight against Alzheimer’s and help to raise awareness and funds for care, support, and research in our local community by participating in the Alzheimer’s Association Walk to End Alzheimer’sĀ®.Ā The 2025 Walk to End Alzheimer’s – The Colony will be at Grandscape on September 27, 2025.
