Windmills BreweryJosé Aponte brings a lifetime of Latin jazz and percussion expertise to the stage. Originally from Puerto Rico, he’s performed with icons like Poncho Sanchez, Giovanni Hidalgo, and more. José is a longtime pillar of the North Texas music community, teaching at UNT and leading groups that explore Afro Cuban, Brazilian, and Caribbean traditions as well. His band, Caribe Club, is known for rhythm driven sets that blend jazz with the pulse of the islands.
