Grandscape, which describes itself as one of the nation’s largest mixed-use developments, is celebrating a big milestone this weekend. The Colony destination occupies more than 400 acres off the Sam Rayburn Tollway, with plans to have more than 3 million square feet of retail, entertainment, restaurants, residential and office space. It is being developed by Warren Buffett’s expansive Berkshire Hathaway, which first opened a Nebraska Furniture Mart there in 2015.
