Grandscape, the 433-acre retail and entertainment development featuring a Nebraska Furniture Mart, 26 restaurants, a brewery, an indoor go-karting venue, movie theatres and a Ferris wheel, is an international award winner.

The development, still under construction in The Colony, took top honors at the Global RLI Awards last month in London, besting four other properties, all located in Asia.
