Health & Welfare Statement, April 29, 2020:
At Grandscape the health and safety of our staff and visitors is our top priority. In accordance with CDC guidelines we are working with our housekeeping company and our tenants to ensure all recommended cleaning and disinfecting procedures are being implemented throughout Grandscape.
As an outdoor lifestyle center, we plan to open our common area spaces beginning May 1, in accordance with Governor Abbott’s latest executive order, given April 27, 2020. Each of our merchants will determine their own opening schedule based on the type of business, progress of construction and their own business requirements. Please refer to our Directory, which is updated daily, for a complete listing of our tenants’ hours and operations.
We strongly urge all visitors to Grandscape to follow local and state government/CDC recommendations and guidelines for health and safety. Please visit www.cdc.gov for more information.
We’re excited to have you experience our one-of-a-kind destination, here in North Texas.
Grandscape Health & Safety Public Notice: March 14, 2020
Along with everyone else, we here at Grandscape have been monitoring the rapidly shifting corona virus situation. Given the current state, we have made the difficult decision to postpone our schedule of events, including concerts. We will begin rescheduling those events at a time that is more appropriate.
At Grandscape, we are working closely with our cleaning crews to ensure the products & procedures used throughout the shopping center meet and exceed, where possible, all health and safety regulations. We have increased our overall disinfecting procedures, by beginning to use higher grade chemicals where applicable & changing the amount of times we are disinfecting our public restrooms. We are now repeating these tactics three times a day.
The health and welfare of the employees and visitors of Grandscape is paramount, particularly during this time of heightened awareness. We will continue to monitor and share the most recent guidance from the CDC and our local public health officials. In the meantime, please remember the importance of practicing regular hygiene, particularly hand-washing. We are advising our staff to stay at home from work if they become ill.
