THE COLONY, Texas — Dinner with a side of surfing is now a thing in North Texas.
Fireside Surf, a surfing restaurant and bar, held its soft opening Friday at the Grandscape development in The Colony.
Fireside opened up surf sessions through its online booking, and dinner reservations were expected to open sometime this weekend. And sure enough, by Friday afternoon, there were surfers trying out Fireside’s wave pool.
