Celebrate Memorial Day at Windmills with this special five‑piece ensemble from The U.S. Army Blues!—They're part of The United States Army Band “Pershing’s Own”—spotlights the group’s most versatile jazz artists. The lineup features SSG Melinda Rodriguez on vocals; SSG Clay Pritchard, saxophonist, UNT alum and former Colony resident; SFC Eric Pers, drums, UNT alum; MSG Regan Brough, bass, Denton native; and SFC James Collins, piano.

The University of North Texas Jazz Singers is the premier vocal jazz ensemble within the Division of Jazz Studies at the College of Music. Under the direction of Jennifer Barnes, the group features fourteen vocalists and a five-piece rhythm section performing a challenging and diverse repertoire, including works by current students, alumni, and faculty.
